How long does it take?
Normally you will receive your painting in 3 to 4 weeks. But seasonal demand/capacity will vary so our lead times are articulated at the top of our homepage.
7 days without a message?
WTF!?!?! Something went wrong, so give us a call or send us an email.
What if I don't like the artwork?
Well that would make us sad, so we will work with you to create a product that exceeds your expectations.
Do pets count as a person?
Pets are usually more awesome than people but our paintings make people photos great too.
Can you work from more than one photo?
Every Expressionist Tribute Painting is based on one photo, but we can do custom work, like an integrated collage where multiple photos/canvases compile to make one great big artwork. Contact us for more info...
Can you work with grainy photos?
Sure, but in this case size does matter. If we think the photo is too blurry for the requested size, we will contact you to discuss.
Can I change my order?
Yes, but make sure to contact us via email immediately. If our artists haven’t started working on your portrait yet, we’ll gladly do it for free, however, if it’s already in progress, we might ask you for a small fee.
What if I want my portrait to have custom dimensions?
We can do custom sizing but we will have to discuss it with you and figure out the shipping costs on our end: larger paintings become exponentially more expensive to ship and we like to keep shipping costs included in our prices.
Can you add or remove something from photo?
We work around the focal point(s) of the photo. You can tell us if you have special preferences when commissioning your painting.

What are the shipping times and prices?
Shipping cost is included in your purchase price. Lead times average 3 to 4 weeks but that does vary; we articulate current lead times at the top of our homepage.
I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?
If you’ve ordered products from different categories, then there’s a high chance that your order will come in separate parcels.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all of our orders are trackable.

Why isn't my tracking number working?
There might be some technical problems, but do not worry, just email us and we’ll sort everything out for you and tell you where your order is!

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?
We typically reply within 24 to 48 hours.
